- Team Freeway is a group of freelance web designers and programmers that offer template customization and custom web development services. Based in the Philippines, we provide quality service at a fraction of the usual costs.
- 2. How are you different from a regular web design studio?
- A typical web design studio starts your website from scratch most of the time. In contrast, we always offer alternative solutions first to lessen the cost and cut the turn-around time considerably. For example, instead of creating a custom Content Management System (CMS) we advise our customers to consider using the free and Open Source WordPress software and buy a ready-to-use template. And that is where we come in to help you customize those products according to your liking.
- 3. Do you sell website templates?
- Not at the moment. For this we recommend 4Templates.com and TemplateMonster.com.
- 4. What is a template?
- A website template is a pre-made web page that you can purchase at a low retail price. Once you have the template source file we can take over the customization jobs you require.
- 5. How do I send my customization order to you?
- Start by contacting us and explain what you want us to do. If you already have the template files and want to send them you can email us at order [at] teamfreeway [dot] com.
- 6. How can I track the progress of my job order?
- There is usually several email exchanges before we start a job order to make sure that we both understand the tasks that need to be done. While doing the actual customization tasks we will email you progress reports and screenshots when applicable.
- 7. How do I pay for the job?
- Our authorized reseller is 2Checkout.com. We will send you the 2Checkout.com payment request AFTER completing the job order.
